When people say “the whole world is against you,” they usually don’t mean that literally. Monuments to past victories have come to life, turning sites of triumph into graveyards. Natural disasters are gaining awareness. Monsters of myth long thought dead are waking from their slumber as magic returns to the world. The only thing that lies between these threats and a world unprepared for disaster are living legends, returned at humanity’s greatest hour of need.
