Hey, Joedan here.
Nice to see you again! It’s the Redheaded Stepchild of LitRPG here with book two of The Desert Druid series, and let me tell you… the best thing about reading new authors is that if you enjoy the first book, you’re usually going to get an even better sequel. Book two was an absolute blast to write, and the feedback has been super solid.
Well, as you may know, our guy Oskar started out in a rough place, but I don’t know how to write a quitter MC, so he and I are on to greater things: namely, we both really want to start a garden! Enough about me, though; check out book 2!
Oskar Dorn never expected to find a home in a world that keeps trying to kill him, but the Wayspring magic, a part of every living thing in this world, is fading.
To make matters worse, Erik isn’t out of the woods yet. His magic was warped by the dark shaman Valla. She tortured Erik for months and is now sending teams of Hyenamen and twisted shadow creatures after Oskar’s new family.
Our boy is growing in power, though, and he’s finally starting to snowball, but he can’t stop the desiccation destroying the world on his own.
The world needs more than a Wanderer. The world needs a protector. A Warden, and a Wayspring Warden knows that the only way to truly defeat death is to bring life… and fight to protect it.
Just like Oskar, I can’t do this alone. I invite you to join our party, our Collective, and let’s go save a world together.
Joedan
